Orders & Shipping

Orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday) following the placement of your order. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. If it is not possible to ship on that day or the next following day, we will make sure to contact you as soon as possible. All domestic orders to residences and businesses will be sent via Canada Post XpressPost or Regular Ground, whichever you specify during checkout. Shipping times depend on your location but in general, XpressPost takes 3 business days and Ground takes 5 to 10 days. We reserve the right to delay or hold orders with inappropriate shipping information. 

Shipping Corrections:

Please send all address corrections to OnlineSales@TheFALLtattooing.com with the phrase "address correction" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your Paypal transaction ID with the email. 

The FALL Return Policy:

All sales are final. 

Damaged Clothing:

If you receive a damaged item, simply return the item to us in its original package with a copy of your receipt. We will refund you on the return shipping and exchange it if we still have the item in stock. If the item isn't in stock we will give you the option of exchanging it for another item of the same value or we'll simply refund you in full. Please contact OnlineSales@TheFALLtattooing.com 

If you receive the wrong order:

Simply notify us and return the item. We will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact OnlineSales@TheFALLtattooing.com 

Shipping Policy / Rates:

If you need your package shipped to countries outside Canada, simply select either the US Standard or International Standard option when you are ready to checkout.
